How Proxy Pricing is Determined
Prices decrease per unit with higher usage. Residential proxies have a per GB price based on purchased bundles, while ISP and datacenter proxies decrease in price per 30 days with longer periods. All prices are displayed upfront and deducted from your balance.
Top-up bonuses are part of our pricing policy. For example, a $100 top-up adds 20%, and a $500 top-up adds 35% to your balance, allowing you to purchase more GBs and IPs with the same amount.
Account & Payment Methods
Accounts are managed with a single account token: IPK-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
Payments are made by first topping up your balance and then purchasing products from it. Top-ups can be done with 12 digital assets like USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, starting from $30. Top-ups over $100 receive a 20-50% bonus based on the amount.
Proxy Customer Support
You can leave inquiries about connection settings, purchases, and top-ups at the customer service center on the member screen. The customer service center opens after the first top-up is reflected.
