Stablecoins (USDT, USDC) are pegged to the dollar, making it easy to match top-up amounts. For BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, and LTC, the converted amount at the time of top-up is displayed. Regardless of the method, the balance is reflected in USD.

Top-Up Sequence
Blockchain confirmation times vary by network. Faster networks like TRC20, BEP20, and Solana usually reflect within minutes, while networks with longer block intervals like Bitcoin reflect once confirmations are complete.
- Select Amount: Choose a card or enter your desired dollar amount on the top-up screen.
- Choosing Payment Methods: Select from 12 options for assets and networks.
- Exact amount: Transfer the precise 6-decimal amount shown for accurate top-up.
- Send Payment: Use the deposit address displayed on the screen.
- Complete within 60 minutes: The top-up screen remains open for 60 minutes. If you send the payment within this time, the balance will be updated automatically once the blockchain confirmation is complete.
- Reflection Check: Topped-up amounts can be verified immediately in the member's recharge history and balance.
Top-up bonus
When you top up $100+, a bonus will be automatically added to your balance based on the top-up amount. Bonus balance can be used for all proxy products.
For example, if you top up $500, $675 will be added to your balance, allowing you to purchase 10GB (price for 10GB+, $3.30 per GB) and secure much more traffic than initially planned. Planning a big task? A one-time top-up is more beneficial for bonuses.

Minimum·Maximum top-up amount
The minimum top-up amount is $30, with a maximum of $10,000 per transaction. Customers accessing from low-income or lower-middle-income countries (World Bank classification) have a reduced minimum top-up of $20, allowing them to start with smaller amounts.
With the minimum top-up amount, you can purchase 1GB of residential proxies or multiple datacenter proxy IPs, making it easy to test connections and scale as needed.
Balance Usage & Refunds
Your top-up balance is used to purchase any IPKite proxy products. Balances cannot be withdrawn to wallets and are only used for product purchases. For undelivered products or unprocessed purchases, amounts will be refunded to your balance so you can immediately buy other products.
Check Remittance Network
Send only to the network shown on the top-up screen. Even if it's the same USDT or USDC, TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, and Solana are different networks. Using the exact network, address, and amount displayed ensures the fastest and most accurate processing. When withdrawing from exchanges, double-check that the withdrawal network matches the one shown on the top-up screen.
