Terms and Agreement

By creating an IPKite account or using our website, proxies, or developer API, you agree to these terms. These terms apply uniformly to all customers worldwide, and you're responsible for complying with local regulations in your jurisdiction.

Account & Account Token

Accounts are created and logged into with a single account token. Treat the token as your key to access the account, store it securely, and do not share it. All usage via the token and API keys is attributed to the account.

API keys are only displayed once during issuance. If you need a new key, reissue it from the account page.

Account security is a shared responsibility between customers and IPKite. IPKite stores tokens as fingerprints, and customers must manage tokens and API keys securely, avoiding public repositories or exposed locations.

Balance Top-Up & Product Purchases

• Top-up: Add balance using the payment method provided. Minimum $30 ($20 in some regions), maximum $10,000.
• Purchase: Product prices apply as displayed on the purchase screen, and amounts are deducted from the balance upon completion.
• Residential traffic: Purchased traffic has no expiry and remains available until fully consumed.
• Period Products: ISP, datacenter, and mobile proxies are provided for the purchased duration, with expiration dates shown in your account.
• Bonus: Top-up bonuses are added to your balance based on the recharge amount range and can be used for product purchases.
• Price changes: Prices may vary, and completed purchases retain the price at the time of purchase.

Allowed Usage

IPKite proxies may be used for legal purposes like public data collection, price comparison, ad verification, search analysis, localization checks, account management, and software testing. Customers must respect target sites' terms.

Customers are responsible for requests sent through proxies and their results, and must comply with rules applicable to the data they handle. Check with customer service for suitable usage methods.

Prohibited Use

If prohibited use is confirmed, IPKite may suspend proxy access or terminate the account.

• Illegal activities: Any activities violating the laws of the user’s or target region
• Spam: Sending unwanted bulk messages, comments, or sign-up requests
• Fraud: Payment fraud, phishing, impersonation
• Attack: Denial of Service, Vulnerability Exploitation, Malware Distribution
• Unauthorized access: Brute force attacks, credential stuffing, authentication bypass
• Rights Infringement: Actions violating others' personal information or intellectual property rights

Service Coverage

IPKite maintains proxy pools and infrastructure for stable connections. Maintenance is performed with minimal disruption. Individual IP assignment, location, and speed may vary by network conditions - service is provided as-is.

IPKite's liability is limited to amounts paid for affected services, with unprocessed purchases refunded per policy.

Refunds, privacy, and terms changes

Refunds are processed to the balance according to the refund policy, and personal information is handled according to the privacy policy. IPKite may change the terms, and updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after posting constitutes acceptance of the changed terms.
