Saved information
Store account tokens as fingerprints instead of plain text. API keys are handled similarly, displayed only once during issuance.
IPKite manages accounts, balances, and purchases solely with the information shown above. Customer-supplied support ticket content is used only for responses and inquiry records.

Data usage purposes
Saved data is used only for stated purposes and not shared with third parties for advertising. Aggregated statistics are anonymized.

Proxy Traffic Handling
Proxy connections are processed only to the extent necessary to forward requests to their destination. Information such as the amount of traffic used and connection status is recorded for billing and maintaining service quality, and this information is used for displaying remaining traffic and confirming inquiries.
If prohibited use is suspected, connection logs may be reviewed as per the terms of service, solely to protect the service and other customers.
Cookies
IPKite uses cookies for language preference and login state. Clear cookies via browser settings to reselect language and relogin with your account token.
Cookies don't store your raw account token, only values needed to verify login status.
For visit statistics, we process data in an aggregated, non-personally identifiable manner.
Data sharing & protection
IPKite doesn't sell stored data. Information is processed only when essential for service delivery (e.g. payment verification) or legal compliance. Data is stored on access-restricted servers via encrypted connections.
Since top-ups are blockchain transactions, information like transaction addresses and amounts is publicly recorded on the blockchain. IPKite only stores the transaction verification details needed for processing top-ups and handling inquiries.
Storage Period and Customer Choice
Data is retained while accounts are active. Transaction records are kept for accounting and fraud prevention. Customers may request data review or account cleanup via member support. Requests require account token verification.
